A dry, all mineral fertilizer with a crabgrass preventative is applied.
Inspection for over winter related problems is done.

2) Mid-Late Spring (April-May)
A dry, all mineral fertilizer with a crabgrass preventative is applied (if weather permits).
A broad leaf weed control is applied to help control dandelions,clover, creeping charlie, etc...
Inspection for Spring insects and diseases is done.

3) Early-Mid Summer (Late May-June)
A dry, slow release, all mineral summertime fertilizer is applied.
Spot treatment for any visible weeds is done.
Inspection for summer insects and diseases is done.

4) Mid-Late Summer (July-August)
A dry, slow release, all mineral summertime fertilizer is applied.
Spot treatment for any visible weeds is done.
Inspection for late summer insects and diseases is done. (This is when grubs usually become active).

5) Fall (September-October)
A dry, all mineral fall fertilizer is applied.
Spot treatment for any visible weeds is done.
Inspection for fall insects is done.

6) Winterizer (October-November)
A dry, all mineral, root developing, fertilizer is applied
This is the most important application for the following year's turf.
